Name: Phoenix Ikner
Age: 20
Affiliation: FSU political science student; son of a Leon County Sheriff’s deputy
Weapons: Used his mother’s former service handgun; a shotgun was also found in his possession, though its use is unconfirmed
Ikner was shot and apprehended by police after refusing to surrender and is currently hospitalized. Authorities have not disclosed a motive, and investigations are ongoing.
