The IPL 2025 season comprises 74 matches, including 70 group stage games and 4 playoff matches. The tournament opener featured the Kolkata Knight Riders against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Matches are being held across 13 venues in India, with the final set to take place at Eden Gardens on May 25.
