Former cricketer Yograj Singh, father of Yuvraj Singh, disclosed a startling incident from his past involving Kapil Dev.

In a candid interview, Yograj revealed that after being dropped from the Indian cricket team during Kapil Dev’s captaincy, he confronted Kapil at his residence, armed with a pistol. He expressed his anger and intention to harm Kapil but refrained due to the presence of Kapil’s mother.
Yograj accused Kapil Dev and the late Bishan Singh Bedi of conspiring against him, leading to his exclusion from the team. He claimed that this incident motivated him to focus on his son’s cricketing career, leading to Yuvraj Singh’s eventual success.
Despite the past animosity, Yograj mentioned that Kapil Dev reached out to him after India’s 2011 World Cup victory, expressing a desire for reconciliation in the next life. However, Yograj indicated that the past grievances still affect him.
