Who is Himani Mor?
Himani Mor, born in Sonipat, Haryana, is a distinguished tennis player and sports management professional. She completed her schooling at Little Angels School in Panipat.
Pursuing higher education, Himani earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Physical Education from Miranda House, Delhi University, where she studied from 2015 to 2018. During her tenure at Miranda House, she represented Delhi University at the 2017 World University Games in Taiwan, showcasing her athletic prowess.
Advancing her academic journey, Himani moved to the United States to specialize in sports management. She obtained a degree in Sports Management from Southeastern Louisiana University and further pursued dual MBA degrees in Sports & Fitness Administration/Management and Human Resource Management from Franklin Pierce University, New Hampshire.
Currently, she is completing her Master of Science from the McCormack Isenberg School of Management and serves as a Graduate Assistant at Amherst College, Massachusetts, where she manages the women’s tennis team.
In her tennis career, Himani achieved a national ranking of 42 in singles and 27 in doubles in 2018, as per the All India Tennis Association (AITA). Impressively, she reached these rankings within the same year she began competing in AITA events, highlighting her rapid progression in the sport.
