Authorities found the 47-year-old actor Tom Welling in an Arby’s parking lot with a blood alcohol content.
Actor Tom Welling, best known for portraying Clark Kent in the television series “Smallville,” was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in Yreka, California, on January 26, 2025.

Authorities found the 47-year-old actor in an Arby’s parking lot with a blood alcohol content exceeding the legal limit of 0.08%. He was subsequently booked and released without bail.
The arrest occurred a day after Welling celebrated his wife Jessica’s birthday, sharing a heartfelt message on Instagram. The couple, married since 2019, resides in Northern California with their two sons.
As of now, Welling‘s representatives have not issued a public statement regarding the incident.
