Jasmin Bhasin suffered serious eye injury due to corneal damage caused by contact lenses.
Television star Jasmin Bhasin has sustained a serious eye injury, rendering her temporarily unable to see. The injury occurred due to damage to her corneas from contact lenses she wore for an event in Delhi. Her doctor has advised complete rest, and her eyes have been bandaged.

In an interview with ETimes, Jasmin recounted that her eyes began to hurt immediately after putting in the lenses before leaving for the event. Despite the discomfort, she chose to attend the event, but the pain intensified. “After a point, I couldn’t see anything,” she revealed.
That night, the ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ actress consulted an eye specialist, who diagnosed her with damaged corneas. She quickly traveled back to Mumbai for further treatment.
“I am experiencing a lot of pain. Doctors have told me that I should recover in the next four to five days, but till then, I need to take good care of my eyes. It’s not easy because I can’t see, and I am struggling to even sleep due to the pain,” Jasmin explained about her current condition.
Jasmin Bhasin, well-known for her roles in TV shows like Tashan-e-Ishq and Dil Se Dil Tak, is slated to appear in the upcoming Punjabi film Ardaas Sarbat De Bhalle Di. The movie, also featuring actor Grippy Grewal, is set for release in September this year.
