Julia Fox has publicly shared her sexual orientation, revealing on TikTok that she identifies as a lesbian.
On Monday, July 8, the actress responded to a video by comedian Emily Gracin, who humorously commented on seeing a lesbian with her boyfriend and thinking, “Aw, you hate that man!” Fox, appearing on screen while walking, admitted, “Hey, that was me. I was that lesbian. So sorry, boys, won’t happen again.”
Fox has previously been vocal about LGBTQ+ issues. In an October 2023 Gay Times cover story, she expressed strong support for the trans community, stating, “As a cis woman, I feel it’s my duty to empower and uplift trans voices. We are all human, regardless of being trans, non-binary, or queer.” She highlighted her close friendship with model Richie Shazam, a trans woman, and her support during Shazam’s transition.
Julia Fox gained fame with her critically acclaimed debut in the 2019 film “Uncut Gems.” In early 2022, she made headlines for her brief relationship with rapper Ye (formerly Kanye West).
Recently, Fox performed as a DJ at LadyLand 2024, an LGBTQ+ music festival in Brooklyn. She delivered a short set, concluding with her debut electronic single “Down the Drain.”
