Singer Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari have separated after 14 months of marriage. The former couple met for the first time on the set of Spears’ 2016 music video for “Slumber Party”.
Pop star Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari have separated after 14 months of marriage, as per reports. Both have not commented on their split yet.
Sam Asghari, a trainer, model and actor, who appeared in the shows “Black Monday” and “Hacks”, filed for divorce and left the place where he was living with Spears. Now, he has shifted to his own place.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari separate
Asghari had proposed Spears in September 2021 and got married in June 2022. They had been dating for five years before their marriage. The former couple met for the first time on the set of Spears’ 2016 music video for “Slumber Party”, a song from her “Glory” album.
When they got engaged, Britney Spears was still under conservatorship, but she was close to get freed from conservatorship. Under the conservatorship, her finances and every aspect of her life were being controlled by her conservators, including her father Jamie Spears.

So, she was unable to get married and have child as she couldn’t take her own decisions due to conservatorship. When the legal battle about her conservatorship was going on, she had expressed her will of getting married and having children.
In June 2022, Spears and Asghari got married in an intimate ceremony at Spears’ home in Thousand Oaks, California. About 60 guests attended their wedding ceremony including Madonna, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore and Paris Hilton. Britney Spears’ father, mother and sister were not present in the marriage.

Spears and Asghari have no children toegther. In April 2022, before two months of their marriage, Spears announced about her pregnancy. But a month later, she said that they had lost the baby.
Britney Spears has two sons
This was the third marriage of Britney Spears. She has two teenage sons, Sean and Jayden with her second husband Kevin Federline. Their marriage continued from 2004 to 2007. Kevin Federline has the sole custody of his two sons.
Her first marriage was with her childhood friend Jason Alexander.
On the professional life, Spears has released her two songs since the termination of her conservatorship. One is “Hold Me Closer” with Elton John and another one is “Mind Your Business’ with will.i.am.
