Angus Cloud, a renowned actor of HBO drama series ‘Euphoria’, dies at his family residence in Oakland, California. His family said that he was mentally struggling after his father’s death.
Angus Cloud, best known for Fezco “Fez” O’Neill, the drug dealer in the HBO teen drama series ‘Euphoria’ has died on July 31, 2023. He was just 25-years-old.
As per reports, his publicist Cait Bailey confirmed that Angus Cloud died at his family residence in Oakland, California. However, the reason of his death has not been revealed.
Cloud’s family bid farewell to him in a heartfelt statement, describing him as not only an artist but also a beloved son, brother and friend.
As per family, he was facing mental problems after his father’s death, who died just a week ago.
“Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss,” the family said in a statement. “The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend. Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”
“We hope the world remembers him for his humour, laughter and love for everyone,” Cloud’s family added.

HBO expressed condolences over the demise of Angus Cloud
HBO shared a photo of Angus Cloud and expressed condolences to his family and friends.
“We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family. We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time,” HBO wrote on instagram.
Euphoria creator Sam Levinson also paid tribute to Angus Cloud. “There was no one quite like Angus. He was too special, too talented and way too young to leave us so soon,” he said in a statement.
