Nikita Singhania and her family have been released on bail in techie Atul Subhash’s suicide case.

A Bengaluru court has granted bail to Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, and her brother Anurag Singhania. They were arrested in connection with the suicide of techie Atul Subhash, who ended his life on December 9, 2024, alleging harassment by his estranged wife and her family.

The arrests were based on a 90-minute video and a 40-page suicide note left by Subhash, detailing the alleged harassment. The accused were brought from Uttar Pradesh to Bengaluru following their arrest.
In addition to seeking bail, Nikita Singhania has filed a petition with the Karnataka High Court to quash the abetment to suicide case against her and her family.
The case has garnered significant attention, highlighting issues related to marital disputes and mental health. The court’s decision to grant bail is a pivotal development in the ongoing legal proceedings.
