Following his formal charge, Timberlake was released without bail and is set to make a virtual court appearance on July 26, as confirmed by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Edward Burke Jr, Timberlake’s lawyer, stated to PA Media on Wednesday, “I look forward to vigorously defending Mr Timberlake on these allegations. I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney’s office.”

His speech was slow, and he failed the sobriety tests administered by the officers. Additionally, he refused to take a breathalyzer test.
