Undeterred, the 18-year-old prodigy notched up an impressive 18 boundaries on his way to constructing a pivotal 181-run partnership with Hardik Tamore, effectively rescuing the Ajinkya Rahane-led side.
Musheer’s resilience and skill were particularly noteworthy as he shouldered the responsibility of guiding Mumbai out of trouble, especially with key players like Prithvi Shaw, Bhupen Lalwani, and skipper Rahane unavailable for significant contributions.
