PV Gangadharan made many Malayalam films
Gangadharan, a key figure in Grihalakshmi productions, played a pivotal role in crafting numerous acclaimed Malayalam films. Beginning with “Sujatha” in 1977, his filmography included notable titles like “Manassa Vacha Karmana,” “Angadi,” “Ahimsa,” “Chiriyo Chiri,” “Kattathe Kilikkodu,” “Vartha,” “Adwaitham,” and “Ekalavyan.” His productions earned State and national awards, with standout films such as “Kanakkinavu” and “Santham.”
In addition to his contributions to the film industry, PV Gangadharan was involved in various leadership roles, serving as the vice-president of the International Federation of Film Producers’ Associations (FIAPF) and holding positions in the Kerala State Film Development Corporation, Kerala Film Chamber, and Film Federation of India.
As a three-time president of the Malabar Chamber of Commerce, he also played a role in initiatives like the P.V. Sami Foundation and PVS Hospital.
