Jimmy Fallon issued a formal apology to his NBC Tonight Show team in response to allegations of fostering a “toxic” work environment. The popular host expressed deep remorse, stating, “I feel so bad I can’t even tell you.”

These allegations came to light after Rolling Stone magazine conducted an investigation that revealed disturbing claims from 16 past and present staff members of the US TV show. The individuals disclosed enduring years of feeling belittled, intimidated, and experiencing a decline in their mental well-being.

Rolling Stone’s probe also exposed that the guests’ dressing rooms were mockingly referred to as “crying rooms.”

As reported by Rolling Stone, individuals who raised concerns with human resources found that their issues went unresolved. Notably, all the current and former staff members who shared their experiences with Rolling Stone opted for anonymity due to their concerns about potential retaliation.
