Telugu film producer and senior publicist BA Raju has passed away in Hyderabad due to cardiac arrest. He was 62 years old. He survived by two sons. One of his son Shiva kumar posted tweet about his father’s death. He wrote, “With extreme sorrow & grief we would like to announce the untimely demise of our beloved father Shri B.A. Raju. He passed away due to sudden fluctuations of diabetes & cardiac arrest. May his Soul Rest In Peace. Dad Be A “Raju” forever because you are “SUPERHIT” in our hearts.”

BA Raju was started his career as a founder and editor of the film magazine “SUPERHIT”. He was also a personal publicist of veteran actor Krishna. Then, he also started producing films. He produced films like Premalo Pavani Kalyan, Chantigadu, Lovely, Vaisakham and Premikulu.

His death left tollywood industry shocked and saddened. Many celebrities from tollywood industry expressed their condolences by posting a tweet. Junior NTR tweeted, “The sudden demise of BA Raju Garu has left me in shock. As one of the most senior film journalists & PRO, he has contributed greatly to the Film Industry. I’ve known him since my earliest days in TFI. It is a huge loss.Praying for strength to his family. Rest in Peace Raju Garu.”
