India finished its T20 World Cup journey by winning its last match against Namibia

On monday evening, India played its last T20 World Cup 2021 match against Namibia in Dubai International stadium. As India has already out from the semi-finals when New Zealand had won against Afghanistan. New Zealand has got 8 points by winning that match and India couldn’t get 8 points as it has left only one match. By winning this match, India got 6 points.

In the 42nd T20 World Cup match, India beat Namibia by 9 wickets (28 balls left). Virat Kohli won the toss and decided to bowl first. Indian bowlers showed their great skills against Namibia especially the spinners.

Instead of Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav came on 3rd place for batting. He also showed some cameo by scoring 25 runs in 19 balls. India achieved the target 136/1 runs in just 15.2 overs.

As a T20 captain, this might be the last match of Virat Kohli. Before the beginning of T20 World Cup, Kohli had announced that he would step down as T20 captain after this World Cup.
