OMG 2 Trailer: Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film OMG 2’s trailer has been released on the official youtube channel of Viacom18 Studios. The OMG 2 trailer is 3 minutes and 12 seconds long in which Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam are being seen in the lead role.
OMG 2 Trailer: Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film OMG 2’s trailer has been released today on August 3, 2023. Fans are liking and giving good response to the trailer. Akshay Kumar is seen playing the role of God’s messenger, who helps Pankaj Tripathi in court case.
Pankaj Tripathi is playing the role of Kanti Sharan Mudgal. His son caught doing vulgar act after which he is expelled from the school. Then, Pankaj Tripathi (Kanti) filed a case against the school and fight for his son’s right to education.
Yami Gautam is seen as an advocate fighting court case from school’s side. Arun Govil is also a part of the film, who plays the role of school principal.
Pankaj Tripathi prays to Lord Shiva and seeks help for his court case. Then, Akshay Kumar as a messenger of Lord Shiva emerged from the Ganges.

About the OMG 2 Movie
OMG 2, a social comedy drama film, is a sequel to Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal starrer OMG (Oh My God). OMG had received a very good response from the public. So, people are expecting same from the OMG 2.
Amit Rai is the director and writer of this film. As per reports, the budget of this movie is Rs.150 crore. The film is distributed by Viacom18 Studios.
OMG 2 Trailer Out
After much wait, OMG 2 trailer has been released on the official youtube channel of Viacom18 Studios. Earlier, the trailer was scheduled to be released on wednesday but due to the death of Art Director Nitin Desai, the release date of trailer was postponed.
Akshay Kumar shared this news on social media. “Unbelievably sad to know about the demise of Nitin Desai. He was a stalwart in production design and such a big part of our cinema fraternity. He worked on so many of my films… this is a huge loss. Out of respect, we are not releasing the OMG 2 trailer today. Will launch it tomorrow at 11am. Om Shanti”.

CBFC Made Changes to OMG 2
OMG 2 was passed with A Certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), after which CBFC asked makers to make modifications to the film. Probably, that’s why Akshay Kumar’s character has been turned into messenger of God instead of Lord Shiva.
There was a shot of Naga Sadhus in Kumbh mela. In a long shot, they were frontally naked. So the CBFC asked to change it to side shots. On the other hand, the condom ad was something in the background of a scene, for which the camera angle was asked to change.

OMG 2 Release Date
OMG 2 will release in theatres on August 11, 2023. Akshay Kumar’s film will clash with Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2, which will also release on the same date.
The movie will be 156 minutes long. Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam are in the lead role of the film.
