Written by Shridhar Raghavan, the film feels like a mixture of several Bollywood action blockbusters, including War and Pathaan. The story lacks freshness, with many familiar elements and predictable twists.
Siddhant Chaturvedi shines with his dedication to the role, but the script doesn’t fully utilize his talent. While his performance has moments of brilliance, the overall narrative weakens the impact of his character. Malavika Mohanan, who had recently impressed in Tamil cinema, delivers a less-than-impressive portrayal in Yudhra, coming across as average.
Raghav Juyal and Ram Kapoor, however, leave strong impressions. Juyal, playing an antagonist, brings an unpredictable energy to the film, while Kapoor stands out as a solid performer in an otherwise chaotic plot. Unfortunately, other supporting actors, such as Gajraj Rao and Shilpa Shukla, are underutilized and don’t leave much of an impact.
The movie’s music, another critical element, fails to resonate with the audience. The songs are forgettable, adding little to the cinematic experience. Given the advancements in Bollywood action cinema, especially with films like Jawan and Pathaan, Yudhra’s action sequences feel outdated and messy in comparison, with only a couple of scenes truly standing out.

In conclusion, Yudhra is a mix of familiar Bollywood tropes wrapped in an action-heavy package, but it ultimately feels uninspired. Fans of Siddhant Chaturvedi might find some value, but otherwise, this film could be skipped.
