Actor Divya Seth Shah’s daughter, Mihika Shah, and granddaughter of veteran actor Sushma Seth, passed away on Monday. Although the exact cause of her death remains unclear, some reports suggest she succumbed to fever and seizures.
The heartbreaking news was shared by Divya on social media on Tuesday. On Facebook, she wrote, “With profound sorrow, we inform you of the passing of our beloved Mihika Shah, who left for her heavenly abode on August 5, 2024.” The note, signed by Divya and her husband Siddharth Shah, did not disclose the cause of their daughter’s death.

According to a report by India Today, a source indicated that Mihika Shah initially had a fever which was followed by a seizure. The family is in shock and mourning her sudden loss, and they have scheduled a prayer meeting for August 8.
Just a week before this tragic event, Divya had shared a touching Instagram post featuring three generations of women in their family, with a picture showing her daughter in a green dress and her mother in red.
