Rapper Enchanting, a rising star under Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records, has passed away at the age of 26.
Gucci Mane expressed his grief on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing an emotional tribute to Enchanting. “So sad to have to say R.I.P to such a great young lady,” he posted alongside a photo of her. “A true star. We(‘re) (going to) all miss you Chant.”

The cause of her death was not revealed.
Hailing from Texas, Enchanting was renowned for her “ethereal vocals” and began her music career in her late teens, according to her official biography. She stepped into the hip-hop scene with her debut mixtape, “Love & Drugs.”
Her music, described as “Trap-N-Blues,” blended neo-soul, retro R&B, and trap, offering a unique sound. “Other people can relate to the things I say,” Enchanting once shared on her website. “I might help somebody through any situation. They can listen to me and find peace.”
Enchanting‘s connection with Gucci Mane came through producer J. White Did It. She featured on Mane’s compilation mixtapes, including “So Icy Summer” and “So Icy Gang.”
