Story Summary
The Lobster is a dystopian black comedy directed by Yorgos Lanthimos that explores the pressures of societal expectations around relationships. Set in a future society, single people are sent to a hotel where they have 45 days to find a romantic partner. If they fail, they are transformed into an animal of their choice.
