Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who led India from 2004 to 2014, passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 92.

He was admitted to the emergency ward of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi earlier that evening, where he succumbed to his ailments.

His passing marks the end of an era in Indian politics, and he is remembered for his contributions to the nation’s development.
