Lopez addressed her fans through her On the JLo newsletter, writing, “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…”

The This Is Me… Live Tour was originally scheduled to start on June 26 in Orlando and conclude on August 31 in Houston.

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded. For tickets bought via third-party resale sites, Live Nation advised fans to contact the point of purchase for further details.

Initially, the tour was set to support her ninth studio album This Is Me… Now. However, Jennifer Lopez rebranded the tour to celebrate her songbook, renaming it the This Is Me… Live: The Greatest Hits Tour.

Following the album’s release, Lopez released two accompanying films: This Is Me… Now: A Love Story and a documentary titled The Greatest Love Story Never Told, which celebrated her return to music and reunion with her husband, Ben Affleck.

The cancellation comes amid reports of poor ticket sales and speculation about marital issues between Lopez and Affleck.
