Al Pacino’s recent legal proceedings have taken a unique turn, as court documents revealed that he will be providing his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, with $30,000 monthly to support their four-month-old son, Roman. This financial arrangement, coupled with additional commitments, stems from a judge’s decision in the Superior Court of California.

Despite the 83-year-old Pacino and 29-year-old Alfallah being granted joint custody of Roman, it’s worth noting that Alfallah will have primary physical custody. Pacino’s representative chose to remain tight-lipped about the matter when questioned by Insider.
Intriguingly, the court documents also indicate that the esteemed Oscar-winning actor will be responsible for an extra payment of $110,000. This lump sum is designated to assist Alfallah in relocating to a new residence for herself and young Roman, covering expenses like furniture and moving costs.
Additionally, there’s a long-term financial commitment for Pacino. While he’s alive, he must contribute $15,000 annually to a college savings account for Roman. Furthermore, Pacino is obliged to shoulder the entirety of Roman’s healthcare costs not covered by insurance, along with all expenses related to mutually agreed-upon extracurricular activities and lessons.
Remarkably, these court documents suggest that Pacino and Alfallah have reached a compromise in the realm of child support, demonstrating their commitment to an amicable relationship for the sake of their minor child.

Alfallah originally filed for physical custody of Roman in September, while a representative for Pacino, at that time, claimed that the couple was still together. The statement from the representative emphasized their successful collaboration and mutual agreements concerning Roman.
