On Tuesday at 05:32 am, the Bay of Bengal experienced a 4.2 magnitude earthquake, with the National Center for Seismology confirming the event’s details, including its depth at 10 km.
Meanwhile, Pithoragarh district in Uttarakhand felt a 5.6 magnitude earthquake on Monday, causing no reported damage to life or property. In a separate incident, Nepal faced a 5.2 magnitude earthquake at 04:16 p.m., with tremors felt in Delhi, adding to the challenges after a recent 6.9 magnitude quake in the region.
Following the impactful earthquake in Nepal on Saturday, aftershocks persisted for two days. Astonishingly, within just one week, Nepal was struck by yet another significant earthquake on Monday.
