After dropping their latest album, “One More Time,” Blink-182 has unveiled a brand-new series of tour dates for the upcoming year, featuring exciting stadium performances.
Blink-182, the iconic pop-punk band, is set to extend its celebration with a massive North American tour scheduled for the summer of 2024. Commencing on June 20 at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, and concluding on August 15 at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, the tour will cover various cities across the continent.
The band, featuring its classic lineup of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker, plans to primarily perform in arenas. However, they have reserved some special stadium gigs for locations like Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Toronto, and their hometown of San Diego. Pierce the Veil is slated to provide support throughout the tour, with Alexisonfire joining for the final performance in Toronto.
Tickets for all shows will be available for purchase starting October 27 at 10 a.m. local time, and detailed information can be found on Blink-182’s official website.
This extensive tour comes on the heels of Blink-182’s successful 2023 reunion, which included notable appearances such as Coachella and various dates across North America and Europe. Coinciding with the upcoming tour, the band has also released a new album titled “One More Time” on October 20. This album marks their first collaborative effort since “Neighborhoods” in 2011.
In addition to their musical endeavors, members Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge recently opened up about their past differences, expressing uncertainty about playing together again after their acrimonious split in 2015. However, the trajectory changed when Hoppus faced a cancer diagnosis in 2021, drawing parallels to the transformative event in 2008 when Travis Barker survived a plane crash.
Blink-182‘s 2024 tour will surely be a major highlight for fans, promising a continuation of their energetic performances and a celebration of their enduring musical legacy.
