The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the results for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) today. To view their scores, candidates who participated in the examination can visit the official website at ctet.nic.in.
The CTET 2023 examination, conducted on August 20, comprised two papers: Paper 1 (for Class 1 to 5) and Paper 2 (for Class 6 to 8). In total, 15,01,474 candidates registered for Paper 1, out of which 12,13,704 candidates took the exam, and 2,98,758 candidates successfully qualified.
For Paper 2, there were 14,02,022 registered candidates, with 11,66,178 appearing for the test, and 1,01,057 candidates meeting the qualifying criteria.

It’s important to note that the qualifying certificate’s validity for teacher appointments is lifelong for all categories, and there is no limit on the number of times a candidate can retake the CTET examination. Candidates who have already qualified for CTET have the opportunity to retake the exam to improve their scores.
This July, the exam was conducted at 3,121 test centers across 136 cities nationwide, with approximately 80 percent of registered candidates participating in the examination.
