Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has hit the theatres on March 8, 2023, coinciding with the holi festival. It is a hindi language romantic-comedy film, which received positive reviews from critics.
Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, who are in the lead role of the film, sharing screen for the first time. This movie also marked Shraddha Kapoor’s return to the screen after three years. The stand-up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi makes his acting debut with this film. Dimple Kapadia and producer Boney Kapoor are in the supporting roles. Boney Kapoor also makes his acting debut.

The romantic-comedy film has been directed by Luv Ranjan and written by Rahul Mody and Luv Ranjan. Luv Films and T-Series Films are the producers of this movie. Earlier, TJMM was scheduled to be released in 2021 but due to Covid-19 pandemic and delay in filming, the release date was shifted. The trailer of the movie was released on January 23, 2023.
