On 15th August, 2021 India is celebrating its 75th Independence day. Prime minister Narendra Modi unfurls the tricolour on the Red Fort. He paid floral tribute at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat. 32 olympics athletes who have won medal in the Tokyo Olympics 2020 and 2 members from the Sports Authority of India were also invited on this occassion.
PM Modi addressed to the Nation from Red Fort. He gives almost 90 minutes speech to the people of India. He applauds many on going schemes of the government and also launched many new schemes. This was the 8th Independence day speech of PM Narendra Modi.
He lauds to the doctors, nurses, vaccine makers and all the medical staff who are giving their services during the Covid-19 period. PM Modi praises and thanks them.
He also applauds the olympic medallists and said that they not only made the country proud but also inspired the future generations.
PM also talked about small farmers. He said that new facilities will be provided to the small farmers so that they can grow. PM Modi give this statement at that time when farmers are protesting on the delhi borders.
Sainik schools will also be opened for the child girls, PM said. He also praised the self help groups of women. An e-commerce platforms for products from women self help groups will be launched.
He also said that when country will be celebrating its 100th Independence day in 2047 and whoever Prime minister will be addressed to the Nation at that time will spoke about the same things whatever we are planning to do today.
PM concludes his speech by saying that this is the time and this is the right time for doing something extraordinary. He said that India’s youth has many capabilities and they should bring best out of them. This will help in developing the country.
