UPSC prelims exam 2022:- Notification has been released at upsc.gov.in, Feb 22 last date to apply

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the notification for Civil Services prelims exam on february 2, 2022. As per official notification, exam will be conducted on June 5, 2022.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for Civil Services prelims examination 2022. The notification has been released at upsc.gov.in on february 2, 2022. The last date to apply is february 22. As per official notification, June 5, 2022 is the date of prelims examination.

Along with this, UPSC has also released the notification for Indian Forest Service (IFS) preliminary examination 2022.

Candidates need to fill two parts of registration. In the first part of registration, only basic information is required to fill while in the second part, candidates need to fill the payment method (except for fee exempted candidates), uploading of photograph, signature, photo identity card document, selection of examination centre and agreeing to declaration.

Eligibility for UPSC prelims exam

Candidate who wants to apply for UPSC prelims, must have graduate degree in any stream from the recognized university and should have attained the age of 21 years.

How to apply for UPSC prelims exam 2022?

  1. Go to the official website of UPSC i.e. upsc.gov.in
  2. On the homepage, click on ‘Examination notification’ link
  3. Notifications of Civil services (preliminary) examination and IFS (preliminary) examination will be available there
  4. Click on the ‘Apply online’ link in the notification
  5. It will redirected to the website upsconline.nic.in
  6. Important instructions to fill online application form will be available there
  7. After reading instructions, click on ‘yes’ I have read all instructions
  8. Then, fill the required information in part-1 registration and part-2 registration.

What is the process of Civil Services exam?

Candidates need to go through the three phases for qualifying the Civil services exam i.e. Preliminary, Mains exam, followed by personal interview. After this, merit list is declared on the basis of mains and interview marks.
